The talents in this CLUSTER ROLE will be based in Kuta
and assume their respective functions in 3 Starwood resorts in Bali - Sheraton
Bali Kuta Resort, Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran and The Westin Ubud Resort &
Spa.
DIRECTOR OF SALES LEISURE
> Minimum of 3 years in similar leadership position in Sales &Marketing .
> Able to develop new leads and researches new
business.
> Have an in depth understanding of the business, competitive
landscape and the local market.
> Full understanding of customer needs to
provide solutions and manages customer expectations.
> Utilizes of judgment and discretion to
persuade customers and ensure satisfaction.
> Pre-opening experience is ideal.
> Excellent written and oral communications, English
graduate or strong background would be plus.
>Strong communicator and influencer. Must be creative,
follow up and follow through. Show project and people leadership.
> A second language aside from Bahasa and English
would be a plus as well.
SALES COORDINATOR
> Be passionate and have the drive and determination to
meet/exceed set goals
> Attention to detail,
take ownership and work independently
> Proficient in common
Microsoft software such Word and Excel
> Possess
customer-handling techniques
> Able to co-ordinate
work processes in a systematic manner
> Must possess a

BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(Jakarta Based)
> Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written.
> Have a strong knowledge of the city and market
segmentation to drive business opportunities.
> Strong analytical skill to determine and recommend
customers and other statistical information (e.g. account mix and goals).
> Able to establish parameters, quote and negotiate
prices with customer representatives.
>Good skill in developing and maintaining strong
contact with Account base of customers as well as in building and maintaining
strong customer relationships
