Sales Secretary
·         Has min 1 year experience  in administrative role
·         Graduated from Secretarial School /College
·         Good computer skill
·         Good English ( speaking and writing )

Executive Secretary
SKILLS REQUIRED:
·         High level of English communication skills and  Spanish language is an advantage.
·         Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports
·         Ability to operate standard office
·         Ability to create presentation, graphs, databases, spread sheets
·         High level of leadership skills
·         Excellent computer skills.
·         Has a high level of creativity and innovative.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
·         Knowledge of the organization and maintenance of filling system
·         Knowledge and coordinating travel arrangements
·         Knowledge of HR practices
·         Knowledge of training and supervisory techniques
·         Knowledge of office practices, processes and computer soft ware programmes
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
·         3 ( three  ) years  experience  at the same position at five star hotel

Safety and Environment Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED:
·         Good English both written and speaking
·         Excellent computer skills.
·         Gardening and Landscaping Skills
·         Has good Safety Skills
·         Has good leadership skills

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
·         Has excellent knowledge of  EarthCheck Audit System
·         Has excellent knowledge of  Safety and Emergency  Procedure
·         Preferable graduated from Agriculture  Field of Study

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
·         2 ( two ) years experience  in the same position or related positions
·         In Five Star hotel

Japanese GRO ( Native Speaker )
Qualifications:
·         Japanese native speaker
·          Minimum 1 ( one ) year  experience in the same position at  five star hotel
·         Speak  English fluently.
·         Outgoing and cheerful  person.
·         Good computer skills.
·         Good guest service skills
