Chinese Guest Relations Officer 
Responsibilities:
·        
To deliver excellent customer service and cater
to the needs of Guests as well as coordinate with other team members to ensure
an exceptional Guest experience. 
·        
Serve as the main point of contact for
Chinese-speaking Guests and ensure all departments are fully briefed on their
requirements 
·        
To cross and up sell the resort’s products and
services 
·        
Manage, record and resolve all Guest requests in
a timely and professional manner, escalating accordingly where required 
·        
Assist with other departments, as necessary 
Requirements:
·        
Diploma or fresh graduates 
·        
Hospitality related education is an advantage 
·        
Proficient in the use of computers and
familiarity with electronic channels 
·        
Excellent command of Mandarin both spoken and
written 
·        
Excellent command of English both spoken and
written 
·        
An ability to listen and respond to demanding
Guest needs 
·        
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·        
Accountable and resilient 
·        
Commitment to delivering a high levels of
customer service 
·        
Ability to work under pressure 
·        
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different
work situations 
·        
A passion for delivering an exceptional level of
Guest service
